In library view with many photos, scroll to somewhere in the view

Select one or more photos and tag them
Note that the view often (~3/4 of the time) moves slightly after the tag is applied. This should not happen as it's disorienting to the user.

What's happening here appears to be that the subsequent row of checkerboard items is moved down slightly to accommodate the space taken up by displaying the newly-added tag.
It should be easiest to reproduce this by finding a row of images such that one of them is much taller than the others and adding a tag to that one.
