No toolbar displayed when opening .png file using Ubuntu 12.04

Every time I open a file using shotwell, the bottom toolbar is missing.
Using Ubuntu 12.04, fully up to date on 2nd July 2012, using Ambiance theme
Steps to reproduce:

Double click on a .png file in Nautilus

Shotwell opens the file in a 'restored' (visible but not full screen) window.

Maximise the window
-
The maximised window is now missing the bottom toolbar
As a workaround I then have to:
-
Restore the window
-
Maximise the window again
and the bottom toolbar now appears!

This bug is also intermittent; it happens most of the time, but then it stops happening for a short while, and then starts again. It may be something to do with the state of the last shotwell window to be closed before opening the file; it always happens when the previous time shotwell was closed the shotwell window was in the maximised state.

John, I'm not sure but I would say that it seems rather a wm,unity issue than a shotwell one...

see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/932520 as well, the issue is supposed to be fixed in quantal, the commit didn't get backported to precise yet since it's non trivial and requires some extra testing

Unknown Component Using default product and component set in Parameters Unknown version " in product shotwell. Setting version to "!unspecified". Unknown milestone "unknown in product shotwell. Setting to default milestone for this product, "---". Setting qa contact to the default for this product. This bug either had no qa contact or an invalid one.
Resolution: RESOLVED DUPLICATE
