Original description:
A Geary ticket (#5544) found a number of source files are (mysteriously) marked as executables. I checked and found one marked likewise in Shotwell: HierarchicalTagIndex.vala.

Done; I also did a quick sweep of src/ to see if anything else was
inappropriately marked - no problems found.
