Original description:
When I try to change the publish method in the publish dialog my shotwell crashes. For example when I have selected Flickr and I change it to Piwigo, Shotwell freezes and finally crashes.
Shotwell version: 0.12.3
Here is the output of my terminal:
$ shotwell
WARNING: gnome-keyring:: couldn't connect to: /tmp/keyring-OTk9Oe/pkcs11: El fitxer o directori no existeix
(shotwell:16662): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: cannot register existing type `PublishingRESTSupportSession'

The last line is a Segmentation Fault. After a few secods after my shotwell freezes finally crashes and says it.
P.D: The Ubuntu bug reporter says the next:
shotwell crashed with SIGSEGV in publishing_rest_support_session_construct()

Hi Jordi,
How are you logging into Flickr and other services? Are you using the login mechanism in Shotwell or are you using the Ubuntu "online accounts" service, where you sign into a service once and the same sign-in is used among multiple applications (e.g. Shotwell and Empathy)?

Hi Lucas, thank you for your attention.
I logged in Flickr and my Piwigo website inside Shotwell. So, I used the login mechanism of Shotwell.
Thank you.

For example when I have selected Flickr and I
change it to Piwigo, Shotwell freezes and finally
crashes.
Just to be clear, does this happen only when you switch services from Flickr or to Piwigo. For example, if you try the following tests, under what conditions does Shotwell crash:
- Switch from Flickr to Facebook
- Switch from Facebook to Piwigo
- Switch from Flickr to Picasa Web Albums
- Switch from Picasa Web Albums to Piwigo
The reason I ask is that this line here:
(shotwell:16662): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: cannot register
existing type `PublishingRESTSupportSession'
Mentions PublishingRESTSupportSession, a type which is constructed only when a new connector is initialized for the first time (i.e., when you switch to Piwigo from Flickr or Facebook for the first time). So my guess is that the problem occurs when the Piwigo connector is starting up. By running the tests above, you should be able to determine if the problem occurs only when switching to the Piwigo connector, or if the startup code of all of the connectors is affected.
