Original author: Laura Khalil
Original description:
Two examples:
When it works: Photo with all upper case title already in Shotwell. Save photo to desktop. Shotwell photo then trashed and File Removed. Import the same photo from the desktop and lowercase title appears.
When it doesn't work: Photo with all upper case title already in Shotwell. Rename photo to new uppercase name (ie: LAURA). Save photo to desktop. Photos' original title appears on desktop. Shotwell photo then trashed and File Removed. Import the same photo from the desktop and the name it was previously renamed to (LAURA) appears in all caps.
Probably an edge case, but a little odd.

This isn't a bug. I did not realize that the title of the photo and the file name are separate. Understanding that, I see that this feature works properly!
