Original description:
When I first tried out Shotwell a few days ago, I was disappointed to find out that there didn't seem to be any way to adjust the timestamp of a photo. I looked into a lot of other tools, only to find out later on that there is an "Adjust Date & Time..." item in the "Photos" menu - just not in the photo context menu where I expected it to be.
I think that "Adjust Date & Time..." should also be in the context menu right below "Edit Title" (like in the "Photos" menu) to make it more discoverable.

Thanks for the suggestion. We want to keep the context menu short, so only commonly used commands can go there. I don't think that Adjust Date & Time is used often enough to warrant including. Marking as wontfix.

I don't think it's that uncommon, actually. Many people don't care which time their camera is set to (or don't know how to change it). I frequently get pictures from other people with obviously wrong dates (off by years, even).
In my opinion, the actual issue is the mismatch between the context and the main menu, though. You can change one piece of metadata from the context menu
- the title - but the other one is only accessible from the main menu. This leads to the problem that when some people (like me) see "Change Title" in the context menu, but not "Adjust Date & Time", they think that there is all there is (because, why should metadata editing functions be scattered around in different places?) and fail to look in the "Photo" menu.
