Steps to reproduce:
- Directly open an image of at least 512x512* in Shotwell.
- Observe that the crop and redeye tools are disabled.
- Move the mouse scroll wheel up or down and observe the results.
Notice that the Crop and Redeye tools are disabled, even though the image is of a supported size. Additionally, notice that Zoom does not function as expected.

The root cause is that the image's width and height aren't stored where get_raw_dimensions() can find them, thus it reports the dimensions as being 0 by 0, which breaks the editing tools.

Additionally, clicking on the 'Auto Enhance' tool causes the application to assert, due to it thinking the image is 0 by 0. Upgrading to 'urgent' due to crash.
