Original description:
-
Create a folder with the "&" sign in its name
-
Put any picture in it
-
Update your Shotwell database
-
Look at the extended information of this picture (Ctrl+Maj+x)
-
The file path will not appear (but you can reach the folder if you ask shotwell !)
-
Replace the "&" sign by "and"
-
Do it again : ctrl+maj+x, the file path appears...
This appends in Ubuntu 11.10 with shotwell 0.11.4
It also appends when filenames are invalid (I think windows XP automatically insert a special sign, sort of a "?" in a black diamond)
