Original description:
It's not always useful to keep a full RAW+JPEG pair around. With a satisfactory JPEG the raw might only take up space, conversely an unsatisfactory JPEG might be useless after satisfactory development of the raw by Shotwell or an external program. This workflow would be greatly simplified with an ability to trash either side of the pair from the selected photos (restoring back into a whole pair would be a nice addition to that as well).
