Original description:
When I want to publish photo on Picasa web albums I have to fill in my username and paswordd. Maybe it is possible to safe all the account settings from all the webalbums you use so when you want to publish your photos you only have to choose the account you want to log in and that Shotwell will automaticly log you in when your account settings are familiar in Shotwell.

- Target version set to 0.11
The Picasa plugin is supposed to save your login credentials after the first time you publish photos. I reported a similar issue with Piwigo in #3972 (closed).
We should test that all the plugins are persisting user credentials before releasing 0.11.
