If there's DCIM folder at device root -- scan that instead of just global device fs

Hi!
I think the issue is pretty big for enduser. When you plug your android phone you see a nice option to "open with shotwell", but it opens your device's root folder, not DCIM one. So you get images of your applications scanned too (which you don't want). What I just saw, for example, is http://dl.dropbox.com/u/865508/Workspace%201_224.png
So I propose just to open DCIM folder if there is one. Thanks.
