Original description:
Steps to reproduce:
Import a very small image into Shotwell (the original bug was found with a 5×5 one).
View the image in the Photo Page.
Click on 'Adjust' and carefully observe the histogram.
Notice that the sliders are still present and can be interacted with, even though the histogram can't be displayed with an image of that size.

I think is an easy fix. Hopefully we can take care of it toward the end of the 0.11 cycle (i.e. past feature freeze).

Since we're moving to GTK+ 3 in the 0.12 cycle and the histogram sliders will need serious surgery anyway, we might as well pick this off as part of the process.

The histogram work for GTK+3 doesn't entail rewriting the control, so this will need to drop.
