This user three email addresses associated with aPicasa Webaccount.With the primary one I got the Unrecognized User error when trying to connect to Picasa Web through Shotwell.With the other two email addresses I was able to connect and upload to Picasa Web through Shotwell.

There was also an account change when I first logged in to the user's Picasa Web through a browser:
Your account has changed
This account has an alternate email address, jesse@.com. This address is no longer available because an organization has reserved this !http://.com/ email address.
You are now signed in with your primary address. Except for the removal of the alternate email address, nothing has changed.

Fixed in commit 5b3b8758. As a consequence of our move to OAuth authentication, we now support OAuth multiple sign-in.
