To reproduce:
With any media item in the library highlighted, press Delete.
Navigate to the Trash.
Highlight one or more media items and press Delete again and observe the results.
Notice that the dialogue has a title and no primary text, both of which violate the GNOME HIG, section 3.4.
This bug is part of #3272 (closed) and is being filed separately to keep track of this particular dialog; once all the sub-bugs have been addressed, #3272 (closed) will be marked as fixed.
