Original description:
It would be convenient if I could use AND or OR operators when entering any text value in the saved search dialog. For example, if I've chosen 'Title', 'starts with' and I type 'jack OR jill', that would match any photo whose title starts with 'jack' or starts with 'jill'. This would sometimes be a conventient shortcut when I'd otherwise have to enter the same search type twice. It would also allow me to construct certain searches which I otherwise couldn't, since the top-level match operator is either 'all' or 'any' and this would let me, for example, use an OR of several values inside an 'all' search.
The words AND and OR might need to be translated. If we want to avoid that, we could alternatively use symbols & and | here.

I think one of this and #3193 (closed) should be marked as a duplicate.
