Original description:
I'm aware there's already a ticket about doing this based on a GPS timestamp file, but how about manually too? IE, copy and paste the co-ordinates from your favourite online mapping service.
And while we're at it, add other metadata such as the camera and the owner, etc.
Should just be a dialog with a few text boxes, unless anyone can think of a better interface.

Check out #2875 (closed) for the better interface for the gps coords.. in the end (and it's not the end yet) it should be possible to drag a picture on the map to set its location. So no copy pasting there.
This of course does not address the editing of any other meta data.
