Error 10 is SQLITE_IOERR, which is described as “Some kind of disk I/O error occurredâ€, which means a disk error came up from the operating system. The most common explanation is that the disk is running out of space, but Vera verified that there is plenty of room on her drive. My only guess right now is that the drive hiccuped and reported an error.

Thanks for the bug report, Vera. Like Jim, I have no hypothesis for this other than a cosmic ray or disk hiccup, so we'll live with this for 0.9. As always, if this happens again please reopen.
