Display more descriptive camera/storage name when unavailable

When gphoto2 doesn't know the name of an attached camera, it returns a generic string. gphoto2 also returns a generic string when an SD card is attached.
Vadim Peretokin has suggested we follow Nautilus' lead and display the storage size in these cases, so they're distinguishable when more than one is in the sidebar: http://lists.yorba.org/pipermail/shotwell/2011-January/001539.html

I looked into this briefly off-hours yesterday. It's pretty trivial to insert whatever text we'd like here; the tricky part is getting a 'file://' type URI from a 'gphoto2://' one (or possibly grabbing the 'file://' URI from another place in the app, since it would have to be known for us to get to this point). Once this is done, it looks like converting that to a Mount object, and calling get_name() on it should finish the job, although it's unclear from the docs whether this will yield the Nautilus 'friendly name' or just the volume label...
