With videos, it's now possible that the last selected service is not available on the next run. For example, if the user publishes to Yandex.Fotski, then selects a video and clicks on Publish, the dialog will come up for Facebook (which currently doesn't support video) and the service selector will be blank.
The basic problem is that the last service is stored as an index into the pull-down menu, which is now mutable depending on the selected medias.
