Hej,
I found a small bug in the slideshow function of Shotwell: the input-box for the delay between two pictures lacks a bit internationalization. That will mean: one can't use the common german way to separate the number from its decimals by typing a comma – even if the system language is set to german. Only the point works:
1,5 sec -> 1.5 sec
maybe you should consider to change this behavior as well while detecting the system language.

We can let Gtk do the job (instead of hacking around with strings ourselves) by using a Spinbutton instead of an Entry (connecting the Spinbutton and the HScale to the same Adjustment also makes manually updates unnecessary). See the attached patch.
