Send To... for a video brings up export dialog box

Original description:
If I select a video and click File -> Send To…, the Export dialog box pops up, offering the option to send a video as JPEG, PNG, and at various sizes and encodings.
This should only appear if photos are selected (including video and photos).

I don't see this in trunk, at least as of!r2813. Clinton, do you see this every time you choose Send To… for a video?
