See attached photo. After importing the photo into Shotwell, try to open the photo with an external editor. Shotwell shows an error dialog stating:
Unable to launch editor: C:UsersyorbaPictures008####CODEBLOCK-184755103####21Koala_modified.jpg: Failed to open file (w+x): Permission denied (errno = 13)
and does not open the file. Further attempts to open the file work correctly.

Unknown Component Using default product and component set in Parameters Unknown version " in product shotwell. Setting version to "!unspecified". Unknown milestone "unknown in product shotwell. Setting to default milestone for this product, "---". Setting qa contact to the default for this product. This bug either had no qa contact or an invalid one.
Resolution: RESOLVED INVALID
