Original description:
Excerpted from a Jim Nelson code review email:
_ Also -- super-picky -- but the Ctrl+= accelerator works just like Ctrl++. This is good, because it's awkward to Ctrl+Shift+= to zoom in and only Ctrl+- to zoom out. BUT, if the slider has focus, Ctrl+= doesn't work. I suspect this is an easy fix. If not, ticket it for later._
