Original URL: http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/2125
Searchable id: yorba-bug-2125
Original author: Adam Dingle
Original description:
To see the problem:
Delete (or rename) the ~/Pictures and ~/.shotwell directories.
Start Shotwell. You will see an empty library.
Drag a JPEG file from the desktop into Shotwell.
Shotwell will ask whether to copy or link the file. Since ~/Pictures is on the same filesystem as ~/Desktop, Shotwell should simply link the file without asking (even though ~/Pictures does not exist at the moment).
