Original description:
For services that have a notion of a destination set, collection, or album to which photos are published (e.g. Facebook & Picasa Web Albums), this destination should be persisted over multiple publishing operations during the same Shotwell session. Put another way, if I choose to publish a photo to an album called “Mendocino Coast,†there's a good chance that in the next publishing operation I'll also want to upload photos to the “Mendocino Coast†album. So the publishing subsystem should remember my destination album and try to maintain it across invocations.
