Just the second half of 1702.
“Tags†is too vague for people's names. It would be nice if there were a separate taxonomy for names.

Thanks for the suggestion. We do have another ticket (#1401) for allowing nested tags. Once we implement that, you'll be able to create a tag called Names, and then you can put make all your name tags be children of Names if you like. Or, if we implement #1702 (closed) then we will have a list of names as you suggest, and you'll be able to associate these names with automatically detected faces.
I'm marking this ticket as a duplicate, since I think it describes functionality already present in the above two tickets.
