Searchable id: yorba-bug-1378
Original author: Allison Barlow
Original description:
I tested a whole bunch of photos, and attached four example cases--see their respective exif statuses below.
batty – date/time and orientation exif data
berries – date/time exif only
blue – no exif
bridge – large exif set, including date/time and orientation
In the standard library mode, if I rotate then export – all behave properly, except berries fails with the following:
ERROR:Exif.vala:19:exif_alloc_entry: assertion failed: (found)
If I rotate and adjust date/time then export (but not just one), blue fails with the same error. On photo color adjustment (non-exif transforms) then export, batty and berries fail, but not blue or bridge. Same error.
In direct edit mode, rotate or adjust date/time then save crashes for berries. For all the others, everything behaves properly on rotate, adjust date/time, or the combined.
