Currently when Shotwell starts up the Tags treeview element is closed. I think I vote to open it by default: if the user has tagged photos it's nice to see those tags on startup, ready for action.
(For extra credit, we could persist the open/closed state. That might be overkill, but if someone is excited about that I wouldn't be opposed.)

Persisting will need to be another ticket … if we were going to do this, I'd suggest persisting the state of the entire sidebar, so it's expanded just as the user left it. In fact, I'd suggest persisting the current selection as well, so the user starts right where they left off. (This would include where they were scrolled to on the page.)

Unknown Component Using default product and component set in Parameters Unknown version " in product shotwell. Setting version to "!unspecified". Unknown milestone "unknown in product shotwell. Setting to default milestone for this product, "---". Setting qa contact to the default for this product. This bug either had no qa contact or an invalid one.
Resolution: RESOLVED FIXED
