Original description:
As Martin Olsson has pointed out, if I import a read-only file into Shotwell and then export it, the exported file is read-only. This seems wrong. We should export all files using the permissions which are normally applied when a new file is created; these come from the user's umask and will almost certainly allow read+write access.
