Shotwell hangs during network activity after Publish pressed

Original description:
When I press the Publish button, Shotwell performs some network activity before displaying the Publish Photos dialog. During this time Shotwell is hung (menus are unresponsive) and there's no indication that a network operation is in progress.
Instead, during this time (as always when we communicate over the network) we should indicate that an operation is in progress and we should give the user some way to cancel the operation. One way to do this would be to display the Publish Photos dialog immediately and to display the text “Connecting…†inside it.

Setting to default milestone for this product, "---". Setting qa contact to the default for this product. This bug either had no qa contact or an invalid one.
Resolution: RESOLVED FIXED
