rating-widget: Convey the number of stars as the widget description

Lukáš Tyrychtr requested to merge tyrylu/rhythmbox:use_description_instead_of_name into master

This allows to label it in the properties dialog and to hear the number of stars at the same time, previously, the number of stars was ignored, as the widget already had a label from the label widget.
