Track Transfers require the library directory to actually exist

Description
Compiling HEAD with --enable-track-transfer.
Initially, using DnD to transfer the files between my iPod and the HDD, caused RB to not put the little + on the drag icon.
After some investigation -- I discovered this was due to not having a Library directory configured, going into the preferences and actually selecting a directory made the transfer process work flawlessly.
Maybe RB should have a default set (say $HOME/Music, like Banshee) so people without a Library don't get caught out by this?
