Consider removing iTunes detection plugin

Description
- privacy/tracking implications in including plugins [1]
- NPAPI is being disabled in Chrome/Chromium [2] this does affect this indirectly as "real" iTunes will have to show it is installed another way (or hopefully they could just start using standards..)
- Plugin support is being deprecated in Firefox and will trigger click-to-play, which AFAICT may make this itunes plugin useless.[3]
Totem also just removed their browser plugins for the above and some technical reasons (the technical reasons don't seem applicable to the itunes plugin though) [4]
