Option to "Submit to MusicBrainz" does not show up after first time.

Description
When a new CD is recognized by Rhythmbox, if that CD is not already available in the MusicBrainz service, then Rhytmbox will show a banner with a yellow backrgound with an option to submit the info. Super.
The problem is that if you later insert another CD that is also not available on MusicBrainz, then Rhythmbox does not show this "submit" button/option (and I see no way to manually trigger the same submission).
The workaround I found is to completely quit Rhythmbox. When you restart Rhythmbox, it will again show the "submit" option for an unrecognized CD.
