Release reminders are broken
Discourse has started rejecting our release reminders again. The rejection looks like this:

Since the error message is just "access denied" there is no way to know what we need to do to placate Discourse. @ebassi doesn't know why it's being rejected, and it's unlikely that anybody else will be able to figure it out. If there's no way to figure out why, then we surely need to stop sending release reminders to Discourse.
I'm not sure where else we can send the release reminders to, though. Since we shut down all our mailing lists, there's not really anywhere else.
