Fix the CI and the Flatpak build
The first commit fixes the build: http://sdkbuilder.gnome.org/logs/build-2018-08-28-095021/build-gnome-apps-nightly-master-org.gnome.Recipes-x86_64.txt
The second commit gets the Gitlab CI to pass.
