pygobject not installing in Windows
I've been trying to get the Librosa library on my Windows machine to process MP3s, and according to the documentation here, I need to install gstreamer via downloadable .exes and then install pygobject uaing pip. This last step is what is throwing me. When I try to install pygobject, I get this very long error in my console:
> C:\WINDOWS\system32>pip install pygobject
> Collecting pygobject
> Using cached PyGObject-3.36.1.tar.gz (716 kB)

Any clarification would be much appreciated. I've been beating my head against for days and am at a bit of a loss.
