Localize Favourites strings to en_US

Problem

Pitivi mostly defaults to US English spellings, but the Effect Library tab is inconsistent, using the GB spelling for "Favourites" in two places:

Browsing the source, there's an en_GB.po file but not en_US.po, so it appears the strategy is supposed to be to use US English by default and add translations for GB English.

Changes

  • The .py source is updated to use "Favorites" in the UI
  • The .po files are updated to use "Favorites" in the msgid
  • The en_GB.po file has new translations to add the "u" back in for that locale

This should make US English users feel more comfortable using Pitivi, without impacting users of other locales.
