Previously the Main Window Manual page was out of date, partly out of order and not as informative as it could be.
This can prevent new users from easily understanding the Main Window's features.
To address this, We have created an updated graphic, reorganized the layout, rewrote descriptions, renamed sections of the main window, and added helpful tips.
