clipproperties: Added custom "Crop" UI to middle pane "Clip" tab

Our addition of the "Crop" UI allows for more traditional cropping instead of the existing aspect-ratio-like crop. The UI adds and modifies videocrop effects on clips by changing values with the spin buttons and scales.
