faster thumbnailing by cancelling the queue on zoom level change

Filing this as a reminder...
nekohayo: when you change the zoom level before all video/audio tiles were generated, does that cancel the "queue" for those previous tiles? if it doesn't maybe that's why I have this feeling of slowness

well I don't really see the sense in delaying the current zoom level rendering to "finish" the previous queue

it's just inconvenient because the previewer code doesn't have any notion of zoom level, but there's no reason i couldn't incorporate that since it is actually part of he ui, and have it flush the queue when the zoom level changes. [...] well, it's an experiement i can try
the other thing you can do is change the queue size parameter in pitivi.conf and see if you can't find a better default, maybe 10 is too large, it was arbitrarily chosen, after all
