all toolbar actions should also be present in the menus

Description
Currently, the timeline toolbar actions are not available through the Edit menu. According to the Holy Interface Guidelines, it would be better if they were.
This also has the double function of creating a self-documenting interface for the user, regarding keyboard shortcuts (since the menu items will show the associated keyboard shortcuts on the right).
