Opening a clip with mutated vowel (äüö...) in pathname causes pitivi to crash

Description
In the german version of Ubuntu there is a folder called 'Öffentlich' (means 'public'). If a videoclip is opened from that folder, pitivi crashes with the attached output in cli. Opening the same Clip from the Desktop works fine.
