Allow setting the video viewer to the size of the video

Description
One way would be to allow the bottom-left corner of the viewer to be draggable to resize the viewer, and when the size of the widget gets closer to 100% of the video size (from project settings), make it snap to 100%.
While resizing the viewer, its size (and what in represents vs the video size, in %) should be displayed on top of the video.
