When loading another project, prompt about unsaved changes before showing the file chooser

Description
Let's say you have project A loaded, you make some changes, you forget to save, and you want to load project B.
What happens right now is:
- You click "Open"
- You get a file chooser dialog to select project B
- After you've clicked OK, you get faced with a dialog that asks:
"Save changes to the current project before closing?"
This is backwards, it would be more logical if we do the following:
- You click "Open"
- You get the "Save changes to the current project before closing?" prompt
- If you chose to save (or to discard the changes), you get the file chooser.
If you clicked "Cancel", nothing happens: you're still in project A.
