Use G_UNICODE_BREAK_CLOSE_PARANTHESIS to support older GLib versions

correctmost requested to merge correctmost/pango:cm/fix-build-with-older-glib into main

Using the correctly spelled G_UNICODE_BREAK_CLOSE_PARENTHESIS constant would require the minimum GLib version to be bumped.
