Fix meson summary for Introspection

Pierre Labastie requested to merge pierrot.labastie/pango:pierrot.labastie-main-patch-87586 into main

When not passing the introspection option to meson (or passing -Dintrospection=auto), the summary displays Introspection : False even if gobject-introspection is installed and found. This MR fixes that by displaying the value of gir.found().
