X-Face header is wrapped incorrectly (CRLF before X-Face data)

Long X-Face headers are incorrectly wrapped by Pan so CRLF newlines are actually inserted in the field.

X-Face set in Profile:

X-Face header in the NNTP request:

X-Face: \r\n
"Rm!F~Px,I7J?LrWHYVW=(is3hf7|@nuqB=O+Gi6bKt\-B$>x+6WVb^i'Ld46p59YOBAAaVg(q|\r\n
Tk`"+{,Z*,6ug&~F+!/t6=vuEGq\r\n

The server subsequently returns the error:

441 Invalid syntax encountered in headers (unexpected byte, no colon-space, or empty content line)

This is most likely the same issue as #115 but with more explanation.
