Remove pyatspi from a couple of places

First - WOW! I'm really impressed by how you've basically removed all of pyatspi from Orca by now! 😍

Second - this MR is me trying to help a little with the remaining spots. Just clean up initialization a little, and make use of pyatspi.Registry consistent so we can replace it more easily later.
