Blocks when braille displayed is disconnected and active TTY is changed between X and console
If a braille device has been disconnected while it has been used by Orca, it sometimes hangs and doesn't react. This only occurs when changing with ctl+alt+f1 to the TTY and with ctl+alt+f7 when changing to X, and only after the second or third time.
If "blocked", Orca does not react to any key presses anymore; no text is spoken and no braille emitted, see debug log. Invoking pkill orca
from the TTY, however, emits a phrase indicating that Orca was terminated. The debug log (attached) indicates that it might be related to some registration/deregistration using the BRLAPI.
This occurs with Orca 44.0, but also exists in older versions.
